I was diagnosed with TMJ over 10 years ago and have worn a bulky splint every night since then, which has helped a lot with the pain. However I had chewed through my doctor-designed splint. Cheeky's system of the at-home impression was a life-saver, and they were patient with me as it took me a while, and then when I messed one up. They sent me another and I got my night guard in good time. My mouth took a bit to adjust to it--it's very snug--but it is soooo much better than the one that had been prescribed to me ten years ago! You can hardly tell I'm wearing anything and I have had zero pain in the mornings on waking since wearing this splint. The night guard itself is amazing. This is my second one. The packaging it came in was a little questionable. The mouth guard was in the container with a hole at the bottom of it. The package it was mailed in also had holes in the packaging. It didn’t seem very sanitary since it was being shuffled with all sorts of mail. I know when you get it to your home to sanitize it, but it did give me a little eww thinking what else it was sitting next to with those little “vent” holes.

Very well built i only have one problem it squeezes my front teeth a bit. I think the impression might have shrunk when it got poured, or something went wrong with the impression. Only the front teeth have a bit of discomfort for both guards
