I decided to try this as it was very reasonably priced on Good Morning America's deals and steals promotion.
I wanted to lighten my teerh due to age and caffeine. The instructions are very basic.
Based on the whitening chart that's included, I believe my teeth are whiter. Unfortunately, no family or friends have noticed.
